O1 - Evaluation Strategy and instruments This output will include the following steps: 1. Define evaluation and quality standards and methodology, control procedures and instruments 2. Support Partners in implementing the project processes and activities according to the standards set 3. Ensure that every project output and activity is in line with the requirements and quality specifications 4. Propose remedial actions and effectively confront quality problems which might be presented.

O2 - Website The project’s web site will be a core dissemination and multiplication channel providing information on the project’s goals, activities, current status, past and planned events, and deliverables produced and available to the public. The main areas of the website will be translated also into the national languages of the project partners for facilitating wider dissemination of the project results at national level.

O3 - Needs and Gaps Analysis The analysis aims to: 1. identify existing needs and gaps in the field of age management and intergenerational cooperation 2. collect and analyse examples of good practices in the field 3. identify further needed actions to be taken for engaging and supporting stakeholders in implementing an integrated approach, European wide validated and accepted (the ILPO55 Reference Framework)

O4: 1st Interim Evaluation Report It will present the main results from both the evaluation of the activities that have been carried out throughout the Project lifecycle (year 1) and from the evaluation of the Projects’ products. Particular attention will be paid to the presentation of the feedback that has been collected from the different stakeholders involved in the development of the project results.

O5 - Courses curricula for ILPO55 Qualifications This output will refer to: a. designing two qualifications in line with lifelong learning provisions: Adult Trainer & Social Responsibility Facilitator b. developing the concrete course curricula and assessment standards. c. elaborating a description of the structure and the content of the ILPO55 blended training programme

O8 - European Report on the piloting of the ILPO55 Reference Framework and the IPLO55 Qualifications Partners will organize national and European piloting activities and for each partner country there will be one national piloting report presented in English and national language. On the basis of the national reports, the European report will be elaborated, as a synthesis of the national results and conclusions. The role of the report is to provide recommendations for the final revision of the Reference framework and the two qualifications.

O9 - Final Publication of project results At the end of the Project the ILPO55 e-book will be published. This will include the main outcomes of the Project and will ensure their dissemination across Europe and also internationally.

O10 - Exploitation and Sustainability Strategy This output will include: 1. an exploitation plan to successfully transfer the results to appropriate decision-makers to achieve their sustainable promotion and support. 2. an agreement on the use of the IPR by the ILPO55 partners after the project’s end. 3. the organization of the final dissemination conference to present the final results of the project to the most relevant stakeholders
